Autism Spectrum
Ages 18 months to 18 years
It can look different at different age, but any child who has some of the following challenges may benefit from Autism screening or testing:
-Difficulty with transitions
-Problems with eye contact
-Social skill deficits, trouble with relationships
-Being highly routine based
-Repeating words or using unusual phrases
Learning Challenges
Ages 4-22
Dyslexia, writing problems, math difficulties, learning disabilities and more.
Did you know there is more than one type of dyslexia? Dr. Barta identifies the subtype experienced by your child, when appropriate, so that intervention can be specifically targeted to their needs.
Accommodations and potential eligibility will be provided in school-based and medical-based language for ease.
Attention Problems
All ages.
All children with ADHD have executive functioning (EF) difficulties, but not all EF means ADHD. Learn more about what your child needs when it comes to attention, planning, organization, thinking ahead, and controlling emotions/behaviors with greater success.
